Terms of Service

Last updated: January 16, 2026

Welcome to PhishSkill! We're thrilled to have you on board. These Terms of Service (let's just call them "Terms") outline the ground rules for using the PhishSkill platform at https://www.phishskill.com. By hopping on and using our service, you're agreeing to play by these rules.

1. Who is this for?

PhishSkill is built specifically for businesses and organizations. It's meant to help teams learn and grow their security skills.

  • Your organization's admins or managers are the ones who control access.
  • If you're an employee using the platform, your organization set up your account for you.
  • We don't create or manage individual user accounts on our own—we leave that up to your team!

2. How to use PhishSkill correctly

We ask that you use PhishSkill responsibly, safely, and legally.

  • Please make sure your use of the platform aligns with local laws and your own company's policies.
  • Don't try to break things! Misusing the service or trying to access things you shouldn't isn't allowed.
  • Most importantly: PhishSkill is a training tool. It should only be used for authorized security awareness training and simulated phishing exercises within your own organization, and you should always ensure your employees know what's going on.

2A. What NOT to do

To keep everyone safe, here are a few things you cannot use PhishSkill for:

  • Launching real phishing or social engineering attacks against anyone.
  • Targeting people outside of your authorized organization.
  • Stealing credentials, committing fraud, harassing people, or any malicious behavior.
  • Trying to bypass anti-phishing protections for bad purposes.
  • Anything that breaks anti-phishing laws, fraud statutes, or cybercrime laws.

If we catch anyone doing these things, we'll have to terminate their account immediately, and we may report the activity to law enforcement. Let's keep things educational and safe!

3. Your Organization's Responsibilities

Since PhishSkill is a tool for your team, your organization is responsible for:

  • Keeping track of who has access and what permissions they hold.
  • Giving your employees a heads-up about simulated phishing and training activities.
  • Making sure you're handling your employees' data legally and responsibly.

4. Our Stuff is Our Stuff

All the software, content, and design that makes up PhishSkill belongs to us (or our licensors), and it's protected by intellectual property laws.

Using our service doesn't give you ownership of it. We kindly ask that you don't copy, modify, or distribute our work without asking us first.

5. Keeping the Lights On

We provide PhishSkill "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise there will never be a hiccup or a moment of downtime.

As we grow and improve, we might add, change, or remove features from time to time.

6. Limitations on Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PhishSkill won't be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that might happen while using our service.

Remember, PhishSkill is here to help educate your team, but it doesn't guarantee that you'll never face a real security incident. Stay vigilant!

7. Saying Goodbye

Your organization can choose to stop using PhishSkill anytime. On our end, if someone misuses the platform or violates these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access.

8. Updates to These Terms

Just like our platform, these Terms might get updates from time to time. If you keep using PhishSkill after we make changes, it means you're good with the new rules.
